The Ithaca LGBTQ+ Peer Support Line is designed to be a safe space for those part of the LGBTQ+ community to reach out to peers. Callers to this line can engage in casual conversations, share experiences, or get support for crisis situations or thoughts of suicide. Our trained Crisis Counselors understand the challenges LGBTQ+ people face and are available for support 24/7.

They will listen without judgment. When you call, your conversation is confidential, and you can share as much or as little as you’d like. All ages are welcome and encouraged to reach out for connection or support when experiencing a crisis, or just needing someone to talk with who understands.
