Do you have times when you are feeling lonely and need to talk?  Need to chat with someone to get your thoughts out with no judgement? Call the Ithaca Warm Line! We have the time to connect with you and hear you out.

The Ithaca Warm Line is for individuals not experiencing a crisis and not having thoughts of suicide. Calls will be limited to 30 minutes, every four hours

Content of Conversations

It is important that calls to the Ithaca Warm Line are casual in nature and specifically for social connections. Any caller that expresses heightened emotions, thoughts of suicide, or wish to engage in conversations with elevated topics will be transferred to the 988 Lifeline to connect to a trained Crisis Counselor for additional support. This is not optional.
